− I did not like that my room was not ready till after 6pm. Our family missed dinner reservations because we couldn’t get in our room for 2 hours after check in.

9.0Room with a view of the pool is always excellent. I didn't get my room clean but I was able to get towel service every day. Pool was open till 10pm which was a nice surprise. Life guards were a joke, although they did not limit the fun like some years and allowed the family to have fun in the pool, I would not trust them jumping in to save you. Overall...it was a great stay.
