Decent stay but not worth the money

The food was great! We were upgraded to a larger room. That was really nice!

− Our arrival got off to a rough start. We were traveling from a colder climate so in addition to our carry on luggage, we had large coats and sweaters. Our rooms weren't ready (we arrived around noon and the rooms would not be ready until 3:00pm), so we went to lunch. The staff told us we had to CARRY everything around other than our checked luggage! Also, the decor was dated....the bedroom still had a carpeted floor which had a couple of stains. The staff cleaned daily but the mops weren't changed which led to constant hair on the bathroom floor (gross). Lastly, we had an issue with knats in the room. Maintenance addressed the issue as soon as we reported it.

Wir waren über Weihnachten 2025 hier. LAGE Honeymoon Suite , East Side, (ruhigere Seite) Zimmer 611, im 6. Stock. Wunderschön renoviert. Der AC funktioniert einwandfrei. Sehr saubere Gegend. GYM Das Gym ist im 7. Stock, mit Treppen erreichbar. Das Gym ist sehr schön gestaltet und sehr sauber. ZIMMER 116, EAST SIDE Das Wasser hat einen guten Druck. Braucht manchmal länger, bis die gewünschte Temperatur kommt. Ist normal. Es hat ein Bügelbrett und ein Tresor. Sehr grosszügiges Zimmer. Mit wunderschönem Balkon. Top Aussicht auf die Privatinsel und die hübsche Kirche und das türkisblaue Meer. BETT sehr angenehmes grosses Bett. Wenn es in der Nacht zu kühl ist, kann man noch eine wärmere Decke verlangen. ESSEN Das frische Frühstück war ausgezeichnet. Sehr vielfältig und guter Qualität. Im Restaurant "La Plum" braucht es eine Voranmeldung. Ansonsten kann man ohne Voranmeldung bei verschiedenen Restaurants, das Frühstück geniessen. Die Buttler reservieren dir die Restaurants für das Frühstück oder das Abendessen. Mach dir keine Sorgen. Das Frühstück im Bett/auf dem Balkon war köstlich. BUTLER Unsere Butler, Derron und Cece waren wundervoll. Wir haben ein Handy erhalten, wo wir unsere 2 Butler bis 22 Uhr erreichen konnten. (Frag wie es mit dem Aufladen des Handys funktioniert) . BEACH Die Butler haben uns täglich 2 Liegestühle am Beach reserviert. Inkl. haben die Gäste, die ein Butler haben, eine blaue Kühlbox, wo das gewünschte Trinken in der Box ist. Am Beach kann man vom Morgen bis Nachmittag auch beim Beach-Personal, Trinken bestellen. Wenn man vom Meer zum Hotel schaut, hat man auf der rechten Seite länger Sonne. TRANSFER Wir wurden mit dem Rolls-Royce vom Flughafen abgeholt und zum Flughafen gefahren. Sehr gute Fahrer. Ein Spezialservice auf einem gemütlichen Matratze ist für zusätzlich 150 USD möglich. Frage bei Wunsch danach. Auf der Privatinsel ist eine Reservation eines Liegestuhles nicht möglich. “First come, first served.”

It was relaxing with fun excursions with great food. Atmosphere was great for a honeymoon!

We loved the vibes of the resort for our honeymoon. The food was awesome and lots a variety.

− The beds seemed too soft and the pillows had no support. The sheets felt cheap. We were on our honeymoon and mentioned it on our reservation and on the celebration card when we arrived (along with my husbands birthday) we did not receive anything from the honeymoon package (rose petals, champagne in the room).
