The location was good for what we needed as we needed a last minute room while driving through on a long trip

− The gentleman at the front desk at check in seemed like we were bothering him by being there the facility overall was clean enough, and what I mean by that is it looked as though it cleaned just to a point as to not have people complain. Maintenance and deep cleaning are pretty obviously an after thought. Getting off the elevator the entire floor had a very strong odor. The room was cleaned to the same standard as the rest of the building. The beds were cleaned and neat, no dust. But the sofa had multiple stains, all the furniture was pretty worn, with missing formica etc. The HVAC was not working as expected causing the room to be pretty humid. And the bathroom light switch was broken. As I said, overall it was clean and worked for my needs of a quick room for an unintended stop on a long road trip, but I wouldn't use this facility for a longer stay then that. I will also add the woman at the desk in the morning was much more personable, and the breakfast was okay

Okay for an overnight stay

Staff was okay, not sure why having my car plate number is necessary to check-in and the front desk makes a fuss about it. The room was decent size, comfy bed, but the carpet seemed like it never been cleaned in a long time. The love seat in the room was a good addition but the upholstery needs some cleaning as well. There are stains all over so them so I didn't even bother sitting down on it. Having a writing desk is all I care about. It's only an overnight stay, so I guess that's acceptable but had it been a longer stay, I would probably have asked for a different room or booked somewhere else. I didn't expect at all that they'll deliver a decent breakfast, but they could have had at least won me over with some good coffee on a decent cup.
