8.0− Elevator out of Service. I have stayed on several occasions and it has continued to remain down. I was told at front desk it has been down or quite some time and "it is just for show now."

4.0The location was the main thing. It was easy to find and close to where I needed to be.
− The beds were noisy, staff was not friendly, there was no food for breakfast at 7am, I was overcharged for the room and I’m still waiting for that to be returned to me.

− The elevator didn’t work and I have heart problems, the fan in the bathroom sounds like a plan engine, the TV remote didn’t work, air conditioner wasn’t working to capacity. I wa not happy!!!!
