It was ok.

− The floors in the room are filthy. It needs a good shampooing. My feet was so black after walking on it. Disgusting.

− This property (the rooms) needs to be refurbished badly. Everything is old; from the mattress to the dirty floors. Toilet didn’t flush.

1.0− We booked and paid for our room through Booking.com and received a confirmation email before arriving. However, when we checked in, the front desk told us that our reservation was not in their system, even though I showed them the confirmation email. It was late at night, and we were exhausted after a long drive, so we had no choice but to pay for another room at a higher price. We were charged twice for the same stay, and we still have not received a refund for the original Booking.com reservation. This experience was extremely frustrating and completely unacceptable.
