10.0Always a great stay at this hotel. Staff is super friendly and helpful, definitely top notch! Its walking distance to little Tokyo and Walter Mart. Bed is comfortable, aircon works great and the room is clean. This is definitely a hidden gem i wll keep returning to. This was the 2nd time I've stayed!

Cleanliness and Comfort Issues
4.0Should be called "IPIS" Inn, they're everywhere! Air-conditioning, a missed opportunity, they don't get cold. You have to remind staff to fill complimentary guest water fountains. And room service, when done, dishes can stay the entire day inviting more roaches. Expedia customers don't receive comp breakfast like most others.
