− Our reservation was July 15-16 2026 This hotel was the worse I ever seen. The outside was very old and dirty, but we still went it to see. The lobby and hallway smelled like bad fish. Our room was dirty. Bathroom had hair and pieces of tissue. Toilet was not cleaned. The bed and pillow had an imprint where someone was laying. ( I took pictures) We immediately went back to the front desk. The staff offered to move us to another room. I declined, I wanted to leave. This caused us to find another hotel causing much stress. The only reason I chose this hotel was Booking.com gave this hotel a good status which was not accurate. We were very disappointed. I called Booking.com from the lobby stating we were leaving and why. I was told I would be charged 103.00 I am disputing that because it would not be fair. I absolutely would not recommend it to anyone. If i am charged I will also no longer be using Booking.com in the future.
If we were not so road weary, we would have definitely asked for our money back and left.
2.0Dog friendly with lots of grass in the back to run my puppy
− Room was dirty (hair in shower, stains on the pillow, rips and tears in bed spread, scuffed furniture, torn upholstery) and this pertains to our second room. The first one they put us in was worse.
