− The bed was very uncomfortable and the facilities are very old. I was unable to find a socket for my adapter
This place is a Heavenly Paradise.

− I loved everything about Sandals.
7hrs to get to your vacation spot is a total nightmare. Dont do it. Or have lots of patients. Traffic is horrendous.
2.0It had lots of pools to choose from
− Sauna out of service. No ice machine. Toilet got clogged twice and we was not using allot of ice. Called room service it took 2 hours and phone call to complain for me to get what I need. They didn’t restock refrigerator until I called and told them. The housekeeper said it wasn’t her job. When you go to the restaurants it takes about an hour to get your main course. Website says it takes 1.5 hours to get to the resort from Montego Bay airport. It took us 3 daunting hours to get to the resort after a 4 hour flight is a nightmare
Not worth the money - have stayed in better for less.
4.0Food, although inconsistent, was relatively good compared to other all inclusive resorts. Jamaican food in particular was very good, breakfast spread was also good. Some services, particularly front desk and some of the serving staff was good - friendly and helpful.
− Some service staff were really poor and genuinely couldn’t be less interested in their job. I found this particularly standout at the watersports hut and some isolated bars. On checkout day we had to call 4 times and wait almost 40 minutes for someone to come help with our bags. The bathroom had a strong looming smell upon flushing. There was no guidance on the activities and facilities available to use - given the size we had to ask around quite a bit to find out - a pamphlet or an orientation at check in would have been helpful to highlight all the things to do / food times etc. The speakeasy was definitely overhyped - quite dead when we went
