5.0The grounds of the hotel are stunning. The forest walk was spectacular. Pools are nice. Dance show is also great.
− Room was smelly and moldy. I contacted the hotel a number of times before my arrival to organise dinner bookings and activities and they didn’t respond. Reception staff weren’t very helpful. Food was very average and service at dinner needs attention. Overall not up to standard for a 5 star hotel and pricing.

The kids’ club is open daily from 08.30 to 13.30.
