10.0We are recurring clients and always choose Evenia Rosello when we travel to Barcelona.
Nice overall but had very negative treatment by one front desk member.
6.0Room was nice and front desk staff was overall friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a large selection and was very good quality.
− One front desk person was very rude, ignored me while I was standing in line, did not arrange for a taxi to pick us up for ride to airport and the hotel did not provide a wake/up call as requested from him. One person caused my rating to drop by several points. It was not just being rude but the combination of his treatment and failure to do basic things, seemingly on purpose.
One Night only
8.0Reception area and bar were great Bed was comfortable Great location for eating out and exploring a near to a metro station (hospital clinic)
− The air conditioning unit in the room was very loud and had switch it off the the room was too hot. The bathroom was a little old and tired. Wooden surface peeling and shower curtain (water went everywhere) Breakfast was limited and pancakes were cold.
Good to know
