− I booked a king and they said they overbooked and gave us 2 double queen. Parking is horrible

9.0Great stay here. Our first services liason was super friendly and helpful. She sold the place. She needs a raise for going above and beyond. The rooms were clean and comfy. Great location. No charge for parking was a plus.
− Having to park so far and out of sight. Paying for breakfast when most offer continental for free.
Overall, tha staff was very friendly especially the older gentleman who picked us up with the golf cart to take us back

− Parking and lack activities at hotel. Pool closed too early. Paid for a king size room but got a double bed. It was not communicated to us at time of check in .

10.0One of our favorite hotels! Walking distance to the beach and rooms are always spotless. Angela at check in is personable and always remembers us when we come to stay!
I would probably not stay on this property again. The room itself was nice, but everything else was a struggle.
5.0It was clean, the room was nice, and it was a short walk to the beach
− Parking is atrocious… they do not have a parking lot, so we had to park down a dirt road half a mile from the property the first night we were there. There were also not people manning the front desk consistently so it was difficult to get in touch with the staff at times. I was also promised a resort credit and a late checkout at the time of booking, and neither of those was honored. I again requested a late check out on site, and I was told that the latest they could give me was 30 minutes after the standard checkout time, and anything later would be a fee of $55 per hour. I accepted the checkout time 30 minutes later than standard, but my key stopped working at the standard time and the cleaning staff was knocking on my door at the standard time on the dot to clean the room. I had to tell them that the Front Desk told me I could have 30 more minutes.
