9.0- Stayed at the Ayres for a World Cup match, and in terms of being close to LAX, as well as Sofi, this hotel is in a great location for that. - It’s within a 15-20 minute walk to Erewhon and some other grocery stores and restaurants. - The property itself was very nice, very unique look for Los Angeles.
− - If your goal is to be on/at Manhattan Beach, you’re not doing so without walking an hour, meaning you’re either ubering, driving or taking public transit down the street. So the location is limited in that regard. - Water Pressure could have been better

Lovely hotel with friendly, welcoming staff.
9.0The staff were incredible friendly and helpful. We felt very welcome. The decor is unique and interesting. My son and I had a lovely stay, we felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel.
− Breakfast on site was quite expensive so we went elsewhere.
