Très bonne literie. Salle de jeux (ping pong, billard, baby foot ...) agréable. Machines à laver le linge et sèche-linge bien utiles : 3 dollars le programme. Durée lavage linge de couleur 35 mn, séchage medium 1 h.

− Cabine peu fonctionnelle, aucun rangement pour ses affaires, ni patère, ni cintre, ni meuble dans la pièce et la salle d'eau minuscule. Nous devons garder les valises pleines au sol. Dans la cuisine vaisselle très insuffisante et peu de place pour utiliser le petit électroménager. Douche trop petite avec douchette non orientable, on ne peut pas se laver sans se mouiller la tête. Énormément de moustiques, le premier soir nous avons été envahis à notre arrivée en début de soirée, nous avons passé la première heure à en faire la chasse. Impossible de s'installer sur les chaises extérieures car trop de moustiques. Wi-Fi très mauvais et 5G très instable, nous étions souvent sans aucun réseau. La piscine extérieure n'était pas utilisable car non chauffée et cela semble être habituel qu'elle soit ainsi. Beaucoup trop loin de Jasper (une cinquantaine de kms) où l'on doit acheter sa nourriture car la "supérette" ne propose rien de frais, que des pâtes. Beaucoup trop d'inconvénients pour un prix si élevé.

We enjoyed the Miette cabins as an alternative to even pricier lodging in Jasper.

Our "cabin" was spacious and comfortable. Two bedrooms and a full bath are up rustic stairs. There is a kitchen and half bath downstairs along with a sitting area. (If both bedrooms are occupied, whoever stays in the front bedroom either has to walk through the back bedroom to get to the shower or use the half bath downstairs.) The grounds are nice, and so is the lobby area, which has coffee and cookies 24/7, as well as a Ping-Pong and billiards table. There is a store with basic and gift-shop items. The front desk staff are pleasant and helpful.

− The location (Brule Mines) is on the way to the Miette Hot Springs, but is a bit isolated, so you'll want to either eat at restaurants in Jasper town or shop for groceries there. The mosquitoes come out at night, so bring bug spray.

Lovely setting and atmosphere, surrounded by nature - look out for bunny rabbits. Staff were very helpful. Pavel was particularly friendly.

− Carpet in the room could be a bit cleaner
