10.0Great hotel within walking distance to TD Garden. When asking the staff about where to eat with my niece he recommended Tavern in the Square, also within walking distance. We felt safe walking around the area and walking home after the concert at 11:00 pm.

Well designed but frustrating
7.0Lovely decor, friendly staff
− I’m so frustrated with modern hotel designers choosing something hip-looking over actual utility. While the rooms were nice, they had a sliding barn door on the bathroom so there was no privacy for our family of four. It’s so uncomfortable and weird. I was also charged a $30/day “destination fee” that offered me nothing but credit in the restaurant and shop that couldn’t cover the cost of anything. I wouldn’t stay here again because of these two factors.
Not Worth the Money for the Frustration & Lack of Communication

− Nothing. The only type of acknowledgment was when I checked in, given my key and told about the "credit" that could be used anywhere. Since it was the FIFA World Cup the hotel was packed but you only had 1 person waiting tables in the in a place built for 45. The gentlemen in the evening were more concerned about their conversation rather than greeting guests who where checking in or coming and going from the hotel. I needed the room to be cleaned but by 1:00 PM it had not even though the front desk would alert housekeeping. It was still in the shape that I left it and there was no note on her clipboard. There ended up being a charge that I was questioning, clerk said she would speak with the manager and promise to call me back by end of day, didn't happen. The phone continues to ring, suddenly picks up (hold please) and then back on to their music. I just wanted to speak with the manager - couldn't even get a word in.

10.0The facility was extremely clean and welcoming. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect for the event we were attending at TD Garden. Will definitely stay here again!!!!
