9.0Un excelente hotel muy amable su personal los desayunos un bufé muy amplio y agradable al gusto de mi familia, lo que casi no nos gustó fue su ubicación queda retirado pero ofrecen toda su cobertura en taxis permanentes

Hotel bonito pero sin ambiente. Atención y servicio muy normal. Alimentación pésima.
5.0En términos generales, las instalaciones son muy buenas y el lugar donde está ubicado muy bonito.
− El hotel es muy grande, pero tiene muchas zonas abandonadas y/o sin uso aparente. Es como si el hotel lo estuvieran operando a media máquina. Entonces el ambiente del hotel no es acogedor. La experiencia con la alimentación fue pésima. Muy pocas opciones y poca disponibilidad para comer. Desayuno estilo bufet, muy pequeño, opciones limitadas y calidad regular. Almuerzo solo 2 o 3 lugares con opciones de almuerzo pero muy básicas. La cena muy complicada pues al no existir muchas alternativas para cenar, hacer reserva en alguno de los restaurantes era muy difícil. Estaba con un grupo de 9 personas. Entre ellos, adultos mayores y niños. La pasamos bastante mal con la alimentación. Nos quejamos varias veces con el staff del hotel, pero fueron bastante indiferentes, en algunos casos hasta rudos.

10.0From the moment our family arrived, the front desk staff treated us very well. We were given an early check-in, and I believe they noticed we had a child with a disability and assigned us a better room. The transportation staff was very polite. The pool bar staff provided excellent service, and the waiters at all the restaurants were very friendly. I have no complaints; it was one of the best service experiences I’ve had in Puerto Rico.
