− I ordered a hamburger which was inedible. I complained when the waiter came to collect the table. He passed my complaint on to his colleague who had worked the night I had placed the order. On another occasion I ordered some drinks and snacks. The person who delivered the food asked me what was wrong with the food. I explained that was inedible. He seemed annoyed that I had complained and told me that it was freshly cooked... as a Guest I expected an apology and at least a refund. I received neither. For some reason I gave him a €10 00 tip. On reflection I wish I hadn't. The guest may not always be right, but they always pay.
