4.0Rooms were dirty bathroom was dirty bugs on the floor. We had to change rooms because bathroom issue and the room was no better the 2nd time. Will not be staying here again. For the price of the room there should have been no issue and the rooms should have been clean. No excuse

2.0When i booked through Expedia - nothing was said about a deposit at the property. The clerk at the front desk wasn’t going to let me check in without paying it. The property is going through renovations, which is very much needed, but the lack of not having trash cans in the room and construction debris still in the floor in a “clean” room along with the shower having dirt on the shower walls with a fan that doesn’t work so everything in the bathroom is wet, and the fact that the bathroom didn’t even have hand soap makes the “deposit” a joke. And for anyone needing to sleep in- construction starts at 6AM on a Sunday. And the elevator is out of order for anyone with a handicap.
