10.0I checked in and checked out with assistance of Erin, such a lively and smiling-face staff. In general, the staff in the hotel including the gym, pool, Qsina, cleaners, security etc. are all hospital and accommodating.

10.0Angelo and Emmanuel were absolutely fantastic during my mother's birthday dinner. They were incredibly attentive to our needs and even surprised us with a complimentary dessert for birthday. Their warm and professional attitude made our night perfect!

10.0My son John David De Dios stayed in Bellevue hotel July 17 to 20 2026 celebrated his birthday with his family it’s was great they prepared mini cake in the room upon checkin and the staff are Accommodating. Breakfast buffet is good pool is good even the cleaners are friendly name RA , Marjorie there are nice it was perfect experience I highly recommends to my friends
Perfect luxurious lodging
10.0This hotel is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is very friendly and the morning buffet at Qsina is vast and delicious! The spa services are relaxing and they offer many different packages with extraordinary detail and attention. It was the perfect place for us and our adult children.
