It was a great location and we were pleased with our stay.
9.0The only thing that was a problem was the bathroom door, which would not close; it appeared to be warped or not properly hung.

A terrible experience ruined the 4th of Family Reunion!
2.0I realize most people might not take these reviews too seriously. In this instance My Family has been staying in Guilford 7/4 for 40 (FORTY) years. They know almost everyone in Guilford. After meeting with them the evening of 7/3 during a severe rain event we returned to spark by hilton at 11pm. NO PARKING!! Spent at least 30+ minutes trying to get a spot. Drove to the remote area in the back of the building; NO PARKING! They had a 200 ft X 36 ft dog walk though. There were not any lines to designate parking spaces in the Lot. Numerous cars had taken 2/3 spots leaving people with NO PARKING! If the Owner had considered how important this special weekend was, He would have striped the Parking Lot. But No; His weekend was the priority! What; Me Worry?? They have done nothing to help us! I requested almost 200000 points be returned to my Diamond account. No response from OWNER. I called him twice. So much for satisfaction Guaranteed! There are other issues with this property, but time causes constraint. I am Done with Hilton and especially the Spark (Less) former Comfort Inn. Same current Owner according to onsite staff. New boss same as the Old boss!! On to the next review of this terrible experience.
Good location for a quick overnight stay.
9.0The "bagel bar" was satisfactory, with a good selection of cold cereals and pastries. Lobby location was good.
