7.0I liked the clean room, comfy bed and most of all, the free drinks. :)
− I contacted the reception and requested assistance in arranging an Uber or taxi from Iberdrola Music going back to the hotel. The receptionist advised me to speak with the police instead. In my view, assisting guests with transportation arrangements would have been helpful in this situation. As a result, I sought assistance from another individual onsite, who helped me book me an Uber instead.
