2.0The pictures are very misleading The outside of the building looks like it houses criminal activity inside like the drug movies We would not even get out of our car The windows of the rooms had broken blinds blankets hanging for drapes people loitering in the parking lot

4.0This was a late arrival and we may have got last room. Staff fixed tv immediately. However, the room reeked of fresh paint- my wife barely got any sleep. Odor was so bad we opened the window despite freezing temp and no screen on wondow..toilet would not flush. No glasses, no hangers. Entrance door jamb was binding. Had to use toilet in reception area and it was filthy and no hand soap.
