− No communication at all, i have wrote 2 messages cause i needed some informations didnt get any response. After the free cancellation period was over they were very kind to inform me that both the pool areas will be closed during my stay. I booked the hotel especially for the pools they have cause i knew that the beach is full of seaweed so we wont be able to go the beach . I asked the hotel for free cancellation but again no response on my request they just charge me the cancellation fee. Hope they are very happy with that money. So i recommend before booking contact the hotel with any informations you need and in case no response cancell immediately !

The stuff by the pool (adult) & breakfast area are amazing! Very professional, polite guys! Also the doormen are great. Thank you! The continental breakfast was good and fresh. We like an adult pool, it’s tiny but chill, same the bar area. Location is good as well. I like Loccitane at the bathroom. Spacious lobby and bar area inside. Private beach. But 30$ per an umbrella however u’r paying 45-50$ as a resort fee per night and it’s not included and no one informed us.

Location is great ! Nice hotel but really needs renovation . Pictures are better than inside . But i really enjoyed stay .

Hotel is very beautiful But you should mention that under renovation and pools closed for 4 days of our stay which was never mentioned on booking.com very upsetting and also keep your customer happy and try to include breakfast in our stay that would be nice

− Why did they close pools and not notify us very very disgusted complained to staff and staff tried to help us by moving us with a buggy to another pool very inconvenient for us we booked this hotel cause it had 2 pools and we knew about the sea weed at beach that is why we booked this hotel very disappointed and felt very uncomfortable when a manager cannot speak to you cause she is in meetings all the time that we asked for her I think they were avoiding us to speak to her not happy at all with this service very disappointing when we were celebrating our anniversary and had to get upset

Overall I had a pleasant staycation. Besides the issues at breakfast I was happy with my stay.

It was a great location and I loved that it was near the ocean. Overall it was nice, elegant and had a nice aesthetic. Out of all my options I’m glad I went with this one.

− I had issues every morning at breakfast. There was always a confusion whether breakfast was included or not which I didn’t appreciate. I spent my birthday there and had wrote it on my reservation, I thought I’d receive some kind of celebratory treat/gesture but none was given. The room was smaller than I imagined.
