Great location. Nice stay.
10.0The location was perfect. In the middle of downtown Chicago and perfect for walking the magnificent mile. The property itself was very nice and well kept.

− My silver hair clip was stolen. The sheets were stained. I’ve complained but other than an apology mo further action was taken by the hotel. For 4 people in the room insufficient coffee was provided. The sheet was stained and not changed.
