The best stay ever

Our stay at Barut Hemera has been truly unforgettable. First and foremost, my deepest thanks go to the Operations Manager, Mr Burcin Karademir. His exceptional leadership is reflected in every detail of the hotel. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed, and it is clear that he has built a team that delivers outstanding hospitality with professionalism, warmth and pride. My heartfelt appreciation also goes to Ms Nurchihan from Guest Relations, Rabia Horiz, Ümit Karakoç, Mustafa Kalkan, Ms Gizem, Ms Gaye, Mr Enes from the skating team, Ms Dila and Ms Darina from the Entertainment Team, Mr Ali and his fiancée at the Pool Bar, Hassan, the entire Indoor Café team, and all the bar, restaurant, housekeeping, gardening and maintenance staff. Every one of them contributed to making our holiday so memorable. One person deserves special recognition: the lovely lady at the towel station. Despite suffering a serious foot injury, she greeted us with a smile and happily showed us the way to the lobby. We only realised afterwards how much pain she was in. We offered her a tip as a small gesture of appreciation, but she kindly refused. Her dedication perfectly represents the spirit of Barut Hemera. No hotel is completely free of minor issues, but they become insignificant when compared with the outstanding service, genuine care and positive attitude shown by every member of the team. It is obvious that this level of excellence comes from exceptional management and a workplace where people enjoy what they do. Thank you, Mr Burcin Karademir, and thank you to the entire Barut Hemera family for giving us one of the most memorable holidays we have ever experienced. We look forward to returning and wholeheartedly recommend Barut Hemera to anyone seeking exceptional hospitality.

- bardzo miły i pomocny personel, zwracał uwagę na nasze potrzeby i szybko reagował, jeśli trzeba było pomóc - dobre jedzenie, na uwagę zasługują drinki, które były rewelacyjne, nie czuć w nich było sztucznego posmaku, który pojawia się często w hotelach typu all inclusive. A dodatkowo tak duży był ich wybór, że ciężko było się na coś zdecydować - bardzo fajne panie animatorki w sali zabaw, które prowadziły ciekawe zajęcia, córka wolała spędzać czas w sali zabaw niż na basenie lub nad morzem - pokoje bardzo ładne, regularnie sprzątane, mini bar uzupełniany na bieżąco - ciekawa impreza piana party - dzieciom również sie podobała - fajnie pomyślane wieczorne występy, na jednej scenie głośne i różnorodne (koncerty, cyrk, tańce itp), na drugiej bardziej kameralne i klimatyczne koncerty na żywo. Dzięki temu każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie.

− - mini disco - brakowało interakcji z dziećmi i poprowadzenia tego w jakiś fajny sposób, ograniczało się do pokazywania choreografii przez animatorki. W innych hotelach all inclusive, w ktorych byliśmy, było to dużo lepiej zorganizowane, dzięki czemu córka była mocno zainteresowana a tutaj niestety bez większego entuzjazmu. - poduszki - ich wybór w pokoju był duży (duży plus za to) ale i tak nie znaleźliśmy takiej, która by nam odpowiadała. Śpimy z mężem na bardzooooo płaskich a takich nie było Te rzeczy w minusach to są jakieś drobne rzeczy, które nie wpłynęly na bardzo dobrą ocenę hotelu :)

The staff is amazing. Despite being a large hotel with many employees, almost everyone we interacted with was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. This really impressed us and made our stay even more enjoyable. The food was also outstanding. Considering it was an open buffet, we were rarely disappointed by the quality or taste of the dishes. Believe me, as someone from Turkey, I have quite high standards when it comes to food. The variety was impressive, and most of the dishes were genuinely delicious.

− This is not related to the hotel itself, but the sea was not the highlight of the stay. The beach is quite pebbly, and the sea was not the best. The food, on the other hand, was amazing. However, having so many options available all the time made it quite challenging to practice self-control. This is probably a common issue with all-inclusive hotels, but having constant access to delicious food and drinks can create an environment where indulgence is almost encouraged. While it is a luxury, I found it a little overwhelming at times.
