7.0The soak experience was great, and the view was excellent. The staff left us some chocolates for our anniversary. The bar staff were incredibly friendly.
− The room felt a bit basic for the price, a little too much motel vibe, lighting was not very atmospheric, just downlights. I felt sad for them that building construction was on going. The noise was not audible from our room and apart from a crane in the way, it didn't change our stay much. The first night arriving in the bar/restaurant, I don't think we were made to feel very welcome.. they had an event on... The bar staff we a standout.

6.0nice big room. dining area/lobby well designed. stunning view over the lake (but you are also looking over a car park unless you book a room in front of the hotel. downhill walk into town.
− the front of the hotel is currently a construction zone. uphill walk from town. guest hot tubs were booked out all sfternoon/evening.
Great option for Queenstown.
