5.0The room was nice the beds were very comfortable
− The staff wasn’t very friendly. It took 10 minutes for someone to come out from the office to help me and when he did wasn’t that friendly. The bar wasn’t open when asked someone in the dining area she said they closed in September and never reopened. That was the main reason I booked at your hotel.

Pleasant stay for sports weekend. Didn’t spend much time at hotel.
6.0The location was really good. The breakfast was decent and the staff at the front desk and the breakfast were very accommodating. The pool and pool area were both clean and open.
− The first room we went to the lock was broken so we had to relocate. Not that big of deal. I brought my own pillow because previous reviews said pillows were small (they were). 2 of the towels in the bathroom were badly stained or dirty. The hotel really just needs basic updates.
