10.0Tal is AMAZING! One of the best, if not the best, massage I have ever had. I did 90 minutes with cupping. Such a kind soul and an exceptional masseuse!
Opening Day Magic—Corner Room Was a Game Changer
10.0Opening day Padre's season. Staff members were welcoming, enthusiastic, positive. Staff let me check in early and I enjoyed a corner room overlooking the action of the Gaslamp District. Will never stay in a non corner room again! Loved the little deck and sliders. The little baseball snacks was a nice addition in the lobby. Wifi worked well, room was immaculate. Pool at 5:20 am was nice, but cloudy. Fitness Center was immaculate. Adrian at the valet is a gem! He went out of his way to make me feel welcome. Overall, great experience and I look forward to my next trip.
San Diego Biz Trip
4.0I stayed here for four nights in mid-February. The property was nice and staff was personable. However, I had an 11th floor corner room facing the "bay". It was HOT! Each day except one was sunny and during the afternoon you could barely put your hand near the windows. My room AC was set to 64F and never felt cool. Front desk would not move me, even to a lesser room. Sent up a box fan and said AC was under maintenance. "Bay view" is also deceiving. You can see the bay, but the main view on lower level rooms is of the highway and railroad tracks. This hotel sits next to a light-rail stop. Trains don't run all day, but that is something to consider. I could hear homeless people screaming from the station. Also had the issue with water temp other described, but only one morning. Definitely NOT on par with Omni standard and prices.

10.0Did a staycation to celebrate my partner’s birthday. I have to say after staying here I want to stay at an Omni anywhere I go. They go above and beyond when it comes to customer service and making sure you have a memorable stay and experience.

8.0Excellent room service by Thelma felix. Good experience overall, but bathroom did not have any ventilation fan and both sink and toilet were gargling like there is some kind of blockage or something, but there was no standing water
