It took me a long time to finally convince myself to make this review but anyway I will do my best to be fair! First, it is not my first visit since I stayed there 13 years ago. The place is nice and scenic in the Taba heights area, not too far from Taba itself and the international borders. The hotel may be in need to make some restorations and refurbishing the rooms, but still it was acceptable. The rooms are large with very nice views overlooking the pools and the beach. Wifi was ok and satellite TV had a reasonable free to air channels. Breakfast was good and dinner was fairly good. The beach and pool areas were very good, and the same with the animation. Snorkelling near the shore was nice too. Since my review conclusion is fairly well, the major problem here is the attitude of the staff members in general. For instance, maybe this incidence may give you a clear example. In my last day on the beach, I was with my niece and I found a large empty seashell in the sand, so we decided to take it home. All of a sudden, a member from the staff, unfortunately I didn't get his name, arrogantly took it from my hand without even apologizing or asking for permission, only claiming it was forbidden, and turned his back and left quickly while I was trying to talk to him! I'm sure there is no law against claiming an empty seashell on the shore and probably he took it for himself but the worst here is the attitude that definitely unacceptable especially with hotel guests that come from far places and spend money simply to relax. It may be a single big incidence with a single staff member, but at the end it ruined my mood, and it gives an idea about hotel policy in choosing the staff members. In conclusion, that was enough for me to not recommend this hotel and definitely I will not come back!

Taba Heights

Great resort, great food, very friendly and professional staff. Great views and plenty of swimming pools. Rooms are well maintained and kept, as is the entire Hotel. Entertainment was also well done/run. The complex itself is in a closed and guarded area, to which you drive an hour through the rocky mountains from the airport. There is a heavy military presence from the moment you land due to whats going on in this part of the world, however, you DO feel safe and once you're at the resport, you would never know.

Fabulous , Location , pool , sea , Food & Stuff All Great , Make sure to get sea shoes First time to Taba & to Mosaique , Thx to all the stuff & managers Pool is vast & nice , long beach & clean , It was a nice vacation

Nice hotel , great view ,nice swimming pool very clean,big swimming pool nice food and drinks special thanks for all staff,the tower nice view, front office team very quickly in check in ,they give nice room

I can come to this place for hundreds of times Everything is perfect especially the hospitality , room services and the location ..etc Anyone is just hesitant about coming to taba Take your own decision and come to mosaique Thanks ❤️

Really nice hotel with really nice people. Staff really heplful, all they want is to customer be happy. Tasty drinks, especially from Mr Mohamed Fawza’s hands! Rooms are clean and food is delicious! Big variety of trips all around Egipt and more, great Guids on the trips (Mr Walid). Overall really great experience. It was a nice week here.
