4.0Ferntree was basic accommodation. Towels were shabby, lighting around the place was not sufficient at night, restaurant food was below par, the beds were uncomfortable and the noise between rooms was far too evident

8.0Excellent location in the rainforest so close to lots of activities that I think we didn't go more than 3km from the room for the first few days. Surprisingly good food - Aussie share platter & spicy chicken burger were tops. Friendly staff, great pool & aircon! The rainforest climate is harsh on all that timber though - boardwalks & walls in the resort need some upkeep. Will stay there again.

8.0Mostly happy except a couple of annoying things. The room and restaurant quite nice. Staff friendly except a little annoyed when I asked for extra wifi. You get 200MB which I thought was per day and had a hard time getting another 200MB for 2nd day which coincidentally was on a separate booking. We probably used our 200MB watching a short news video ironically because no TV in the room despite the room pic and room description saying there was a TV. So no TV was the 2nd annoying issue. We actually cut our trip short preferring to stay south of the Daintree. But the hotel is mostly nice and would get higher score if the could fix the wifi and TV issues.
