8.0La comida buffet es muy buena, me gustó que desde que llegamos nos ofrecieron el servicio de comida sin importar que fuera muy temprano. Excelente servicio
− No me gustó de la cadena que no pude hacer reserva en algunos restaurantes ni en el club de playa, a la hora que decían que habilitaban no se abrían cupos

− No tiene playa, solo tiene un pequeño restaurante bufet con comida limitada y siempre sirven lo mismo. Las instalaciones no son de un hotel all inclusive. Muy ma todo

3.0Praticamente não gostei de nada.
− Quarto horrível, com goteiras e cheiro de mofo. Muita umidade por todos os lados. Roupa de cama ruim. Toalhas não muito novas - bem desgastadas na verdade. O banheiro horrível. Enfim, esperava muito mais pelo valor que pagamos. De all inclusive não tem muito não! Não vale a pena.

10.0Es bastante cerca del aeropuerto lo cual facilitará los tiempos en especial porque el transporte en la isla (Uber, Indriver,...) tieneb como tarifa establecida $25.000. Te permite iniciar el recorrido por la principal sin ningún problema.

10.0La atención desde nuestra llegada fue muy buena Efrain Newball del servicio de seguridad nos trató muy bien, en recepción Angel también fue muy amable y en el área de restaurante todas las chicas fueron muy amables, nos consintieron mucho.
− el baño del lobby necesita mantenimiento en las puertas, hace falta tener un vestidor con baño y ducha para cuando uno se queda después del check out, o cuando se llega antes y se puede hacer uso de las instalaciones. El baño de la habitación te iba una tapa que no se podía mantener abierta lo que hacía incómodo el uso del inodoro.
