Very comfortable for 2 week stay in Steamboat with good access to ski area via shuttle.
9.0Comfortable, good views, great kitchen and spacious for family of 5. Fast maintenance- broken toilet handle fixed same day as reported.
− Laundry facilities not included in unit, had to use shared laundry so less convenient and extra $. No on call shuttle - free downtown bus stop a 5 minute walk down/up (from/to) end of road. Front door Lock (Lockly) was temperamental and difficult to use (used lockbox key for entry instead).
The unit was very clean and comfortable with an amazing view and a well stocked kitchen. A few flaws

7.0We like the view
− I think the Parking issue needed to be addressed earlier. We had a handicapped person travelled with us and also children. We felt the Manager on the location did not care about our inquiry because he thought that everything must have been there so clear. But no, it was confusing. Orr at least he should have called. If we knew that we had to climb 3 flight stairs before we booked we might have not rented the place because of our situation with handicapped family member. It was not very clear while I booked it.
It was good.
8.0Fit our needs well.
− It was hot the day I arrived, and the place had been closed up. Air conditioning would have been nice. The fans didn’t help until the temps dropped outside.
