10.0Paula was outstanding. When I walked in she was the managing the front desk and gave us a warm greeting and she had the most beautiful smile. Everytime my wife and I came down she would acknowledge us. Paula made our stay so wonderful.

2.0Upon my arrival, the staff member on duty appeared inebriated, showing a severe lack of responsiveness that made it impossible to complete my check-in. I eventually had to contact law enforcement to resolve the situation. This should have been a seamless process, especially as I had already checked in online
