− No me gustaron las instalaciones, es un edificio viejo y descuidado, tampoco fue de mi agrado la actitud negativa y atención de los bartender y algunos meseros del restaurante, tampoco el no poder usar las sombrillas en la playa sino es con reserva , no me agradó que me dieran a elegir 3 restaurantes para la cena y al final solo una única opción. No hacen limpieza de las habitaciones, los ascensores son lentos , todo está a larga distancia, los shows son de baja calidad, la mayoría del tiempo el café tenía horas de haberse preparado , lo cual hacía que no tuviese buen sabor . La habitación tenía mucha iluminación por más que se cerrara la cortina . Hay mucho ruido, no aísla el sonido.
La comida estuvo deliciosa, las experiencias de la cena fueron fantásticas.

− no hay nada que reprochar, la verdad la estadia fue una experiencia muy placentera un gusto por la relacion que se tiene en el hotel, esto hace mas placentero el tiempo.
