Good place. No flexibility to change stay length if an emergency arises.

− Had a family emergency. Staff at front desk would not consider refunding us one night of our stay as we had a family emergency and had to check out one day early. Of course we understand rules are rules, but there was no consideration for the human aspect of the situation.
