4.0Room had a musty smell. Bathroom had a very strong urine odor. Carpet had not been vacuumed. Bathroom ceiling had huge wet spot with stained ceiling tiles, apparently from bathroom above. A homeless guy was hanging out in the lobby both evenings and had his bags and bed roll in the breakfast area. Bright spot was the breakfast. It was simple but tasty.
