− Price is too high for what it is offered in terms of space and furniture. There was a coffee machine in our room but no capsules, at least 2 capsules as a gift would have been great to have for the room's price.

Not for decent families
7.0Hot water in the shower and towels. Clean refrigerator. Great WiFi speed.
− There was a chasm in the middle of the bed that I rolled into and was difficult to roll out of. Only two small, lumpy pillows. The toilet lid was broken. The floor was dirty and sticky near the bed. The lockbox was not working. The shelves were dusty. I found and empty package of marijuana on the "desk".

7.0Hotel is clean, location not too bad, 20 minutes from amsterdam central.
− Receptionist, a bit rude and showed passive agressiveness twice, when I asked for early checkin, she says: "do you want me to create a room for you? " to call me just in 2 minutes saying there was a ready room for early checkin (which i did appreciate). Then Hotel had a full day wifi outage, which was catastophic, and she simply said "do you want me to produce a wifi for you?" I ended up using a personal wifi of a kind Gas station worker nearby to book a taxi for my way back to airport.
