5.0− The room was stocked with snacks and other items that were not clearly Identified, as being subject to additional charge. No one informed me that these items came with a fee In most hotel, basic items such as bottle water are complementary. So I was not expecting to be charged for items simply because they were placed in the room.There was no clear explanation or notification regarding these additional charges.
