8.0Clean, good breakfast selection, quiet, comfortable. Amazing that they provide free shuttle not only to the airport, but to a heart of the downtown and back. Very convenient
− Located somewhat further than ideal from downtown, but the free shuttle to downtown makes up for that

6.0They had a happy hour that we took advantage of, that was nice. The TV worked, and the bed was comfortable, but firm.
− When we got there, the room hadn't been cleaned. Someone trimmed their facial hair in the bathroom, it was all over the sink and around it. The floor near the kitchen was not mopped, and had coffee stains on it.
No frills comfortable stay
7.0Location in midtown which is fine with a car. Plenty of parking outside. Spacious rooms well heated with daily servicing. Breakfast included good selection of cut fresh fruit.
− There was no forewarning that the pool was out of service due renovation. The hot items at breakfast could be more appealing and healthy. Even just cooked eggs would be better than biscuits and gravy or soft tacos with shredded cheese.
Bad review.
2.0Was at hotel at 3pm told a room was not available yet. Ok we are patient people we decide to go to a movie at a nearby cinema and we’re over two and a half hours. Came back to hotel at 5;16 and still no room….come on. You’ve got to be kidding. I am still waiting at the front desk and still the room is not available!!!!.
