Godt hotel til et kort ophold i Paris

Beliggenheden var rigtig fin, der var ca. 5-10 minutters gang til metro, dagligvarer og resturanter. Morgenmaden var rigtig fin med et godt udvalg. Fin og sikker parkering til rimelige penge.

− Sovesofaens komfort var ikke den bedste. Den var umiddelbart ok, men efter en nat var ryggen rimelig øm. Der var lidt forvirring i forhold til at få bilen ud af parkeringkælderen, men det blev løst godt af personalet.

The price is fair and it’s close to the metro stations

Very close to the metro stations. The bed is really comfortable. The room is clean. The room is equipped with AC so no problem with handling the summer heat.

− I personally don’t like the separate rooms for wc and shower room.

Hôtel très propre, bien situé. Les chambres sont confortables, bien équipées. Le personnel est très aimable. Le petit déjeuner est très copieux avec des produits de qualité.

The actual condition of the apartment is significantly different from the description and images shown online. The property was advertised as a “cozy and charming flat,” but the reality does not match this representation at all, including the location on the ground floor next to the main road, maintenance problems, malfunctioning facilities, the undisclosed environmental condition of the bathroom being directly next to the building’s garbage room, and cleanliness concerns.

− 1. The listing did not provide any exterior photos of the building. Upon arrival, I found that the entrance still displays commercial advertising and signage, which was not mentioned in the description and which was unexpected and not reflected in the listing. 2. The bathroom of the apartment is directly next to a glass recycling point, which was not disclosed in the listing. Residents sometimes dispose of glass bottles there, creating extremely loud and repeated noise that significantly affects the living environment. Opening the bathroom window only brought in unpleasant garbage odors. 3. The bathroom facilities were old and poorly maintained, with faded and peeling metal fixtures. The shower drain and bathroom sink were both clogged, preventing normal use of the facilities. 6. The apartment was not clean upon arrival. We found hair next to the bath towels, large visible stains on the bench at the foot of the bed, and a hole in the bed sheet.
