6.0Hi, you had to change our hotel to the Queens Hotel as the Royal beach couldn't book us due to unforeseen circumstances whatever that means, however the Queens Hotel and staff were excellent, got a welcome pack for the dog, and they get 11/10, so cant comment or review the Royal beach

A very enjoyable stay
8.0The hotel is not modern but was clean and the staff were some of the most pleasant we have found anywhere, much better than many of the more expensive "wan-a-be" hotels in the UK. The decor is a little bit tired in places and the plumbing in our room was "interesting" but we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was quite large and the sea view was great, to be able to watch ships coming and going and to hear the waves at night was what we stayed here for and we were not disappointed. Again i must say the staff were excellent
