Great resort
10.0Staff was amazing and attentive. Coffee machines could use updated. Beds very comfortable. Loved the shuttles around the resort.

8.0This resort is beautiful and everyone on the staff is very friendly and helpful. The one big issue I ran into was that I did not receive the $100 resort credit that came with the booking through Expedia. Additionally, I reserved a bali bed for the following day and was encouraged to prepay for a package - but it turned out that reservations were not required and I never received the package I paid for despite asking multiple servers. When I raised this issue at check-out I was told there was nothing that could be done because I prepaid for the package. I hope someone else learns from my experience - you should not need to prepay for anything!

8.0The only real problem was that the beach was terrible with the algae problem. There is literally no beach. The resort was great, staff was great, food was great. Beach terrible.
