− Elevator was broken i was on the 4th floor, pool and spa wasn't open, Resturant was closed

− We arrived, the elevator was broken.. the restaurant was closed, no breakfast was provided even though we paid for it. The pool was closed for maintenance, the ac barely worked in the room, the coffee maker did not work.

− The pool was down the TV was going out you have to pay to park the bed was hard the phones didn't work the smoke alarm went off
