10.0My wife and I stayed at the Kinzie for a long weekend. The first night there, we had issues with our neighbors being incredibly loud and inconsiderate (blasting music, partying, yelling, etc) at very late hours. We let the staff know of the situation and they took care of it. Lani and James did an incredible job handling the situation. They also helped us get into a new room without hesitation. They went above and beyond, keeping us top of mind throughout the entire process and the rest of our stay.
Anniversary Trip
9.0We loved the happy hour and the location was great. Breakfast could have been a little better but was ok to a great start for your day. Overall we had a wonderful time and stay.
− House keeping did turn our room down when we left. Thought they would have came and straightened up, give us clean towels and what not.
