− Unable to get ex-service discount over the phone with 'Blue Card' number. Because I did not do it on line I was unable to get the discount, which I found disappointing. Could do with more clothing space

− In the family room and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable

9.0Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. Air conditioning was working and very efficient. The staff were friendly and helpful.
− Having 2 chairs in a room designed for two people would have been helpful.
