5.0The office personnel were very nice and welcoming.
− The ladies from housekeeping were so rude so unpleasant. They refused to give us fresh towels to conserve water. Until finally we gave them the wet towels we had they gave us fresh towels. For the amount we paid for these rooms over $300 getting fresh towels should not be a battle. They don’t refund the pet deposit regardless if your pet messes the room which mine did not.
