It was fair.
5.0Staff were friendly.. nice selection of food for breakfast. Not sure if it was good or not as I did not eat it.
− The bathrooms were very small and the toilets are very very small (very hard for a disabled person to get down that far) the bathtubs are very small and could definitely be updated. The shower curtain was filthy. The sofa bed mattress was even more filthy (it looked like old blood or poop on it). The pool area was nice but the pool was so dirty you could look down and couldn't even see your feet.

− There was no Wifi at all and the TVs in the room were not functioning properly called from desk multiple times never fixed the problem then they lied about the wifi working

Overall it was ok
5.0The gym and pool was ok. The room was decent. Breakfast was ok. I appreciate staff relocating me to another room after discovering ants in my first room.
− Two treadmills were down. The only two. Bathrooms were way too small. I noted blood on the floor in lobby area. It was brought to the staff attention. He stated he'll get someone to clean it but it didn't happen, well at least while I was there. Maybe short staffed. I attempted to use the text service but they never responded even after stating via text I can use that method to communicate. Again, maybe short staffed.
This hotel has truly gone downhill from a few years ago.
5.0The location is convenient
− My remote didn’t work, my toilet got clogged, my telephone didn’t work, & the shower flooded. The ice machine on the 7th & 8th floor were out of order, but there wasn’t a sign on the 8th floor. I didn’t find out until I went to the 7th floor to get ice. There was a sign saying the machines on the 7th & 8th floor didn’t work & that we needed to go to the 1st-6th floor for ice.
