A wonderful boutique hotel in Jackson.
10.0The Rusty Parrot is a beautiful boutique hotel, off the beaten path in Jackson, but an easy walk to the town center. The staff is uniformly superb - accommodating, friendly, and very competent. Our couples massages were excellent; yes, they’re expensive, but consider where you are. We had a meal at the Wild Sage and enjoyed it thoroughly. Alek was an excellent server. The wine list is outstanding. Our fireplace king room was spacious, well-appointed, and overlooked the “courtyard”. Very comfortable. We highly recommend The Rusty Parrot!
We loved staying at Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa
10.0Great hotel with friendly and professional staff. The hotel has a restaurant, spa, hot tub, fire pit, bicycles, and two decks. The room was spacious and very clean, with fresh and cozy linens. We especially enjoyed having access to tea and coffee in the lounge area. I stayed with my 10-year-old daughter, and we felt safe and well cared for. We were a short walk away from the town square. We even walked to Snow King Mountain from the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed staying at The Rusty Parrot Lodge and Spa. Highly recommend.

A Perfect Stay from Start to Finish
10.0This hotel was an absolute delight. The room was spotless, cozy, and exceptionally comfortable, creating a relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay. The quality of the experience rivals some of the finest luxury hotels I have visited. The staff truly made the stay memorable. Every team member was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, consistently providing outstanding service with genuine warmth and professionalism. Another highlight was the restaurant. The food was absolutely fantastic, beautifully prepared, flavorful, and of a quality you would expect from a top-tier dining experience. Every meal was a pleasure.
Back And Even Better Than Before
10.0My spouse and I finally returned to R P for our 20 anniversary this past week. It was our first visit since the tragic fire of November 2019. First and foremost the staff ( the entire staff) were awesome with warm greetings and attitudes. Not a single one never ever spoke to you without a smile. What a wonderful group. Briefly met one of the ownership’s son’s in the restaurant as my wife was viewing a piece of art. He stopped and I introduced himself and gave the background on the piece. It’s the small things! We will be back to Jackson and staying at the Rusty Parrot.
