10.0What a wonderful stay for our first trip to Boston. I had researched the area to find the best place to stay and the College Club fit the bill perfectly. The green park-like boulevard right in front of the B&B was great for walking down to the park or to nearby shops/restaurants. The park is just a block away and from the park, you can easily get to many sites/restaurants/public transportation. The College Club was a beautiful place to stay. The Connecticut room was a Lovely room with view of the boulevard. We stayed there the first week of October and the weather was perfect. We walked around a lot and felt safe doing so. We spent more per night then we typically do for lodging, but because of the great locatiob, we felt it was worth it. We turned in our rental car when arriving in Boston. Best decision for us. Very walkable city. Overall great vacation. Shout out to head chef Nick. Very friendly and helpful. Made us feel very much at home.

10.0This place is the perfect quaint bed-and-breakfast on Commonwealth Avenue. If you wanna know what it would be like to live in a wood line old world space this is it. And that means it’s luxurious without being pristine, but it is excellent and it is right in the middle of everything.
