9.0Die Lage ist sehr zentral am Hauptbahnhof. Das Zimmer war ruhig, geräumig und schön.
Alles optimal, wenn der zugesagte Safe da gewesen wäre.

7.0Frokosten var ok. Det manglet noen vanlige retter/pålegg. Du fikk for eksempel ikke full engelsk. Beliggenheten er sentral. Det er ingen plass å henge, bare noen få stoler rett ved resepsjonen.
− Kundeservice, varierende etter hvilket personale. Betalte ved en feil i Nok for oppholdet, spurte de umiddelbart om det kunne endres til Eur og da ristet han på hodet før vi var ferdig å spørre engang.
