6.0Muy buen desayuno y disponibilidad de la empleada que atendía el área de suplir los alimentos. Al hacer el check out tuvimos una muy buena experiencia con una chica ( no recuerdo su nombre) que nos ayudó con las maletas hasta montarlas en la SUV,
− Aunque desde que llegué informé que quería limpieza diaria de la habitación en tres ocasiones no lo hicieron ni botaron la basura. Cuando reclamaba en la recepción el trato no era agradable y parecía molestarles. Éramos tres huéspedes en la habitación y cuando cambiaron las toallas en dos ocasiones solo pusieron para dos personas y tenia que ir a buscar las faltantes. Me he hospedado en tres ocasiones en este hotel porque una hermana vive muy cerca pero esta ocasión ha sido la experiencia negativa y me gustaría seguir hospedándome aquí aunque no estoy inclinada a hacerlo.

1.0The lady at check-in was extremely sweet and continuously had to smile on her face, even though I felt so bad for her because there was no air-conditioning.
− From the moment I walked in to do check-in I noticed there was no air-conditioning and it was extremely hot in the lobby. I’ve stayed at a lot of Hampton Inn’s and from the second I walked in. I was always pleased with the lobby. Totally different at this location it looked very dirty and not welcoming.
